I used them to lease some land in Indiana a couple of years ago. Seamless transaction with out any problems. I would suggest that you make the effort to look at the land before you lease it and try to picture it without any crops or leaves on the trees. That really makes the land hunt smaller than it looks in the summer. If they say 4 people can hunt the property, that usually means 2 can hunt it.
