Wrong Clem,in the state where this happened the law states that the deer belongs to the person that delivers the lethal blow or shot. It would come down to the hunter that could prove they killed the deer. The guy that took the deer claimed to have shot it the day before.The kid they took it from had a pass thru with the deers blood. It could be proven or disproved. Either way there would be a clear winner and loser.
