Had a 79 Chevy K10 4x4 that had 260,000 miles when I sold it. 350, and still ran great. Had used Sythetic Oil the entire engine life, and didn't burn a lick of oil. Synthetic oil in 1979? No,,, sorry,, didn't buy it new. Had a crate motor from autozone when I bought it. Had about 20K when I started the Synthetic Oil.
