Not the same but the WMA I hunt requires 3 on one side. I passed on a 20 inch cow horn spike that was easily 175 pounds 3 years ago. I was worried the wardens would write me a ticket but I could have argued that he was easily 3.5 or older. One buck I regret not letting an arrow fly at. Rules are rules but sometimes common sense prevails.
