Shots all around since legal light. Nothing but squirrels and woodpeckers do I see. A small raptor flew within 2 feet of me. Still holding out.

Good morning so far. Hunting choccolocco and the rut is on. My nephew killed his first rack buck which was the second buck he saw this morning. I had a big half rack 8pt come by and if it had the other side he would have went home with me. 10 minutes ago i had two bucks fighting across the hollow from me. Could only see glimpses of them then the doe ran down the mountain and they broke up and followed. Maybe she will bring them back by
