It’s because they thought their first line of defense (one line of cheating) was going to be enough. They didn’t plan for Trump to completely kill it, like he did again this time. However, this time, they prepared by ballot drops all across the country. Their problem was they got sloppy- IMO... and I hope it bites them square in the ass.
