Sitting on a power line behind my house where I saw two young bucks chasing Thursday. Hope their granddad decides to come check out the resident doe groups. I may be in SC but I’ll be following the thread. Definitely not the worst opening day conditions for you guys. Good luck!

Is shooting time sunrise or 15 minutes before?
Anybody know when shooting time is?
Assuming you're hunting near Guntersville, sunrise was 6:25ish so shooting time would've been 5:55.

Got in the stand at 5:45. Had deer coming in the field at 5:50. I got tired of watching a field of does at 6:20, so I popped on. 1/2 of them didn’t move and the others were all back out there in 5 minutes. Now I’m watching 8 does a fork horn and a little 7 point and 8 turkeys.
One of the does was pawing at the dead one laying there.
