I'm not sure on any sales goin on or even what the prices are on em now cause I haven't looked in a long time.I have a zeiss on one gun and a leupold on another. Both great scopes.Last time I did look at em at academy I think they had the leupold VX-I for like 199.Don't hold me to that though cause that was a while back.Get with megacott on here.I think he had a 50 mm leupold for sale on here a few weeks ago.

2.5-8x36 vxiii. Killed animals up to 348 yards with it. Light weight, mounts low, 400 bucks new. I have larger scopes. That's my favorite all around scope.

Elite 4200 and a prostaff, both 3x9x40. The prostaffs go on sale pretty often

Leopold Vxii. 3.5-10x40. Love the scope.

Leupold VX-3L. 4.5-12 x 50 Duplex. I know it's expensive but worth every penny. Was on a Moose hunt and the guide says we are out of light. I just laughed and told him we got another solid 10 mins. He looks thur this scope and said the state needs to extend the sundown times. Just make sure you look thur as many scopes as possible. Remember everyone has their on opinion. IMO you get what you pay for.Good luck.

Zeiss Diavari 3x12x56 Best lower priced scope IMHO would be a Bushnell 4200 Elite. They are still on sale as that model is being discontinued.

Take a look at Meopta, in my opinion they are the best bang for your buck.
The world needs more people holding deer in pictures, and less people holding cameras in front of mirrors.

The most expensive for me was a 4200 4-16, Zeiss conquest 3-9, BurrisFFII.
Not expensive compared to the top dogs but not cheap for me. I have had the 4200 for 6 years and it has been an outstanding scope. The lower end Bushnells get a bad rap sometimes but the 4200 is as good as my conquest.

My son and I both have them with heavy duplex. Never understood why they don't offer them with heavy duplex reticle, you gotta special order them from the custom shop or send them back and have it installed. Heavy duplex is the ticket. Once you got them, noting else will do.

Elite 3200 with firefly recticle. thought it was pretty good after looking through a vx2 then I looked through a vx3 and elite 4200 and relized I should have coughed up some more money. It does ok but doesnt collect the amount of light I wish it would.

I have S&B Summit, Swaro AV, Burris Black Diamond and Kahles Helia scopes, but my 25 year old Vari X III 2.5-8x36 still does a pretty good job.

I my experience - OpticsPlanet has had some of the cheapest prices. They do run sells from time to time, but you just have to watch the website.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.
