If there’s election fraud it should be revealed by a hand recount. The problem is when the inner envelope is discarded and all that's left is the ballot. Gonna be hard to connect the ballot to a specific voter. Some states may require a signature on the ballot it's self, but that's not a secret vote. If the ballots are signed it would be hard to steal. Exactly correct. Evidence require that kind of tracking. Proof requires verified evidence. Since poll watchers were barred from observing the process in numerous places, it's going to be difficult. We can all see and smell the smoke...so we know there is a fire. Trump and his team of investigators and lawyers need to identify, document and prove the fire exists....by exposing to public view the actual flames, so to speak. Smoke is not going to be enough in my opinion...at least not on something as important and vital as votes. Fair legal votes vs. disenfranchisement. Equal Protection arguments make the most sense.
