Not that it matters, but jagged cuts from a serrated blade cause veins and arteries to have spasms which increase enzymes to help seal the cut. A razor cut does not effect it in that way. So a straight razor cut is harder to stop the bleeding.
But from a BH standpoint, it shouldn't matter while blowing through a deer.
