Flatheads are fine eating. You keep them? Not this trip. Catch and release. For some unknown reason flatheads are special to me. I prefer to release them all. Blues on the other hand are fair game for the hot grease release. I'm weird, I know that. You can release any of the Flatheads into my livewell that you want to. LOL
