If it was at least 4 million I would purchase Levelwood Lodge, and use that as a source of income

A few million....... (Like 2 million)

I would move somewhere a little slower. Probably get a job teaching high school & coaching. Something with insurance, less stress, and lots of time off. I would 100% get out of dealing with the FDA, EU regulatory bodies, etc.

I can think of one person in particular that’s a single mom. She is doing all she can to keep her daughter in a private school. I think right off the bat I’d pay her kids tuition from now till she graduates all at one time and not say a word about it. After that it’s a lot of land a big house.

I would put about 1/2-2/3 into VTSAX at Vanguard, build a house & shop on my 25 acres, buy a tractor and I would continue working for maybe 10 more years then figure out what I want to do next.

I'd buy land with half, and live off the interest of the other half.

This in a nutshell. Let other people's money make me money.
Depending on how many millions, my investment could be buying into a syndication rather than personal ownership. Truly passive investment.

Id buy me a nice piece of property and move onto it. Then id more than likely purchase some rental properties and invest the rest. Live off what the rental properties brought in and not touch the rest for a good while.
Im not sure I would quit my current job but I would stick to strictly 40 hrs or less at it.

I would keep my place, but buy some more land around it. Live here from Sept to March, probably live in The rocky's during the warmer months. If a hard working young person came up to me with me an Idea I would invest in them.
