Buy a few apartment complexes. Hire a property manager and get my monthly income up SUBSTANTIALLY. I would then buy more apartments and rental property.

With a few million I’d have no need to work. I’d buy some land and put a cabin on it here and do the same in BAMA. Just live off the interest like someone I know does...

Pay off the what little debt we still have (house and a car). Go buy myself a reasonably priced toy to “splurge” (probably a Jeep), then the rest is going into savings/investment.
