4x4 isn’t working on my 05 f250 and narrowed it down to the front chunk. Pulled the cover and the side gear inside the carrier is toothless. Anyone kinda know the procedure for replacing this? I’m thinking just pull the passenger axle and then remove the center pin in the carrier and it will pop out but I’m not sure. Also anyone know where one can be found local instead of waiting on shipping? Thanks guys. Could use a mechanic as well since the wonderful 6.0 has fuel in the coolant. I know what causes it but not about to tackle that one on my own
