I once bought a Paslode cordless nail gun at Lowes, got home and opened it up and it had what appeared to be a 5 year old beat to hell and back Paslode cordless nail gun in the case. Imagine my shock. Then I thought about having to explain that to the Lowes customer service. They were in disbelief as well, but took it back.
