I don't agree with Joe's view points on gun laws and restrictions. But which passage would take away my guns? I see I would have to register an AR under the National Firearms Act but I could keep the gun. Can you post the part were they would take my guns... I don't see it?

You would either have to pay the $200 tax stamp on each "assault weapon" (what ever that may mean at the time, could be a 10/22 for all I know) and register it under the NFA or sell it to the government.

So your options would be 'registration' or 'sell it to the government'.


I would have to give the federal govt a big F**U on paying a $200 tax stamp on my firearms. So now only the rich can keep their guns, but Democrats are supposed to be the party of the working man. :-)
