Meh. Ain't gonna happen.... I don't agree with Joe's view points on gun laws and restrictions. But which passage would take away my guns? I see I would have to register an AR under the National Firearms Act but I could keep the gun. Can you post the part were they would take my guns... I don't see it? "Buy back the assault weapons and high-capacity magazines already in our communities. Biden will also institute a program to buy back weapons of war currently on our streets. This will give individuals who now possess assault weapons or high-capacity magazines two options: sell the weapons to the government, or register them under the National Firearms Act." You would either have to pay the $200 tax stamp on each "assault weapon" (what ever that may mean at the time, could be a 10/22 for all I know) and register it under the NFA or sell it to the government. So your options would be 'registration' or 'sell it to the government'.
