Live from undisclosed public land this morning. It was rough getting in here. Boat motor was getting hot digging in the mud and tons of lily pads. I couldn’t see were I was going, but every 30 yards I would see my bright eye on a lily pad trail I marked yesterday. If they drop the water by 11am I will be in trouble. I’m on a trail with white oaks falling between crop fields and bedding area. People walking in today should run deer my way. Buck sign 40 yards away and a pissed off beaver for me parking my boat on his house. Good luck y’all and shoot straight! JD if you dug up mud on the way in and you're on Wheeler, you're probably already in trouble
