I firmly believe that there is such a project in Alabama already, or at least a project to study them and not publish the verified sightings or other proof that they are here.
Hell yes, based on all the regular sightings reported on here there ought to be a hunting season on both the "regular" cougars as well as the "black panthers". I think I am the only one who has never seen one
