Not debating this case but that seems to always be the sentiment expressed by anyone wanting to justify a shooting. A shooting should only be justified if a person's life is in danger. The "He should have complied." argument should never be used since non compliance should never be a shooting offence.

No debate needed. Officer fired his taser first according to the article. That should have been enough to get the point across. I'm not justifying the officer's actions, just stating the fact that if he would've complied he'd still be alive. Seems simple to me.
