Again..... Not defending the officer, but from what I read, if the guy would've complied, he'd still be alive.
Not debating this case but that seems to always be the sentiment expressed by anyone wanting to justify a shooting. A shooting should only be justified if a person's life is in danger. The "He should have complied." argument should never be used since non compliance should never be a shooting offence.
