my favorite ALDeer threads are the one where someone asks what the best of something is,... and everyone just tells them what they have instead of answering the question.

I understand that to an extent. Although I've never had a Lamborghini or a Ferrari but if someone asked "what the fastest car I can buy?", and I said that my ol lady has a ford escape and its got pretty good get up and go,... it doesn't really answer the question

Ordered a pair of Kamik Huntsman boots the other day from Sportsman Guide not sure if they are any good or not. The price was right reviews on Amazon was good and there made in USA. Suppose to be comparable to a muck woody max.
If you're gonna be stupid you better be tough.

I have always used the LaCrosse uninsulated for turkey and early deer.

LaCrosse has worked well for me. The last two pair I’ve had have lasted several seasons.

You asked for "best." You didn't asked for "best for the money." The best - Le Chameau - spend it now or spend it after you buy however many pairs of {insert lacrosse, muck, whatever you want}. I bet you will buy 1 pair of Le Chameaus for ever 6-8 of lacrosse boots, assuming you actually use your boots often.

High prices don't make something the best. Y'all the same bunch that thinks you have to have on matching Camo and fight over Sitka vs Kuiu.
Believe it.
Wearing them around the fire with your Sitka shirt on is one thing. Using them in a punji pit beaver swamp all day is another. Beaver stob don't care if your boots got a French accent but your girlfriend might be impressed if she's into boots and the latest trends in outdoor fashion.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

I've worn LaCrosse for years and have never had one problem with them. They're comfortable, warm, durable, and never any leaks.

Lacrosse boots for me wear out after a year or two. One year if waterproof turkey boots, and two after regular old rubber green boots. I get about the same mileage from Rocky, Danner (at least now that they've been bought out). I switched. All good now.

Been disappointed in my last pair of Lacrosse. The Alphaburly started cracking around the ankles in one years time. I was going to try Dryshod or Muck this year and never owned either but not going back to Lacrosse.

I have lacrosse snake boots I really like - but my favorite ever hunting boot for me and I hav had them last over 10 years Multiple times - LLbean Thinsulate hunting boot - after 10-12 years - they replace the soles/bottoms very cheaply - at least they use to. Boot very lite - easy to walk quieter in - only knock is when it really cold - I usually grab my thicker insulated if it below 30. You have to put snow seal on upper part. Good boot.
Hunt the wind - leave it better than you found it - love your neighbor as you love your self We need prayer for our country now more than ever

I bought a pair of Le Chameaus three years ago after having constant issues with soles falling off mucks, mucks cracking and lacrosse being uncomfortable to me. I haven't treated my $500 pair any better than I did the lacrosse/mucks and you can bend the boots anyway you want and you wont find any sign of the rubber starting to dry out/rot.

I bought a pair of Tingley Air??? (not sure of the style name) this summer. They are the lightest rubber boots I have ever owned. Longevity and warmth have yet to be determined. I walk past my Muck boots to put them on and they are much cheaper.
