Like jwalker77 said....I’m right where I’m supposed to be. If I could go back in time to 2015 I would change 2 things: 1) I wouldn’t walk out on that slippery ass deck in the pouring rain just to throw out some old leftovers and 2) I would not have bought that 24unit Apartment Complex. Those 2 moments in time have combined to cost me somewhere between $575-625k over the last 5yrs depending on whether you ask the accountant or my pocket book. God is good and he doesn’t make mistakes. Every hurdle in my life is just a rung on the ladder to lift me higher. It’s awful cliche folks but you have to believe to achieve. If you don’t think you deserve it you’ll never reach your goals and beyond.
