so, y'all flung a cravin on me, and we went to Jims on 82 for lunch. first time. it is some count! the pulled pork was better (to me) than the ribs but both good, and that sauce is the best. Love me some tangy BBQ sauce. I don't think the sides are homemade..we got tater salad, beans, slaw and some crazy corn fried things my wife got...nasty. but the meat and sauce were fantastic. highly recommended. now I got to go to Decatur...
I was there when Jim Lenoir built that place. His daughter runs it now and I'm not a big fan of the sides, although the beans are pretty good. But the BBQ is the best I ever had anywhere.
I hate making a good first impression. There’s no way I can keep that shit up.
