I bought a new set on ebay about 2-3 years ago. The tire store mounted and balanced them for $80-100, can't remember the exact amount. They did specifically say that since I didn't buy the tires from them that it didn't include lifetime rotate and balance and they weren't liable for any damage to the tire pressure sensors. Made me sign something before they put them on. It's not really a problem because I can rotate my own tires, just pay to have them balanced if I feel like they need it.
FWIW - I paid $555 on ebay for the set of 4 with free shipping back then. Just looked up the same tires and they're $800 now with free shipping. Gotta love the devaluation of the dollar.
