Reckon whatโ€™s the profit margin on that $6.41/50lb? Iโ€™ve got several properties in high traffic areas and Iโ€™m not scared to capitalize on masterbaiters if the #โ€™s make sense.

Corn weighs just over 50# per bushel. So that's a 90% markup, less construction and overheads.
Probably make a nice little bit of pocket change through the deer season.

I hate making a good first impression. Thereโ€™s no way I can keep that shit up.

That's a decent price, the Pike co-op went up to 8.25 a bag.

Correct outback a standard bushel of corn is based on 56#. But a lot of our corn right now is running 62# test weight.

Not understanding whatโ€™s lazy about that. Is it any more lazy to go to a drive thru window to pick up something to eat ? Itโ€™s actually a very good idea.

Most of them up here are owned by local farmers. Itโ€™s just another way to provide income in these tough years lately

The best price I've come across on corn is from Bucees in Robertsdale. Yes, a gas station of all places.
$6.00 per 50lbs bag.

Maybe true in Henry County but not around here. Guess it is all those folks coming over from Georgetown.

The only way to make money on those is if you can fill them yourself, when EVERYTHING is factored in. Lot price, permits, maintenance, insurance, etc.
