Be careful with the pressure washing, you can fuzz it up it you go to hard on it.
If you fuzz it up it's a biotch to straighten out.
Get you a good chemical deck cleaner and mostly use the pressure washer to rinse with.
I prefer a good oil base stain, I've had better luck with longevity with oil based products.
