Doesn’t look like he was trying to get in the car to me. Looks like he was leaning in to grab something. Either way I don’t understand how he could just casually walk around to the opposite side of the car with nothing to stop him if that’s what they didn’t want him to do. Criminals will be criminals...its the cops job to take em in alive if possible...i don't know the backstory...the guy may have killed a kid and deserved to die...but if i was a cop he would've been taken to ground before he opened a car door to either get away or grab a gun....poor police work there, he even had backup if things went south in a fight....

I'm betting that with all the bs going on with BLM and the cops that the guy thought he could just tell the cops he was going to get his gun since the cops had theirs. You can hear some of his people in the background yelling at him not to "do it" as he was walking around the car. The real problem is it should have never happened because the cops should have stopped him before he ever got back to his door to open it.
