This entire thing just makes life harder on folks who want to hunt for fun and food. And it makes it harder on the processors and taxidermists with absolutely no benefit to the overall health of the deer herd. Its just more damn crap to deal with that makes the state some chicken scratch money and pisses people off. Exactly!! And we will NEVER get an answer for why this is a requirement other than some BS "management plan that nobody can tell you about! But but but ,,,,,, what about the data .
