There has been vandalism at that ramp for YEARS. I highly doubt that he pissed someone off and they retaliated by vandalizing his vehicle. I feel like this was just another random act of vandalism at Siebold and his bright ride was an irresistible target.

I guess there are a thousand other reasons but whoever it was is a POS COWARD for doing it instead of a face to face meeting and working it out like 2 men should. I'm not talking about an azz whuppin but a meeting to hash it out, but if that's what it boils down to...

I think he kinda has a reputation.
Not that such excuses cowardly criminal behavior.
I interviewed him once and felt I got some really good information.
He has strong opinions is all I’m saying. That probably rubbed someone wrong way and they’ve gone freaking nuts.

I talked to Salzy a few minutes ago.
His words were “I’m not here to be liked by everyone. Like me or not, just leave me alone. Why are you hurting me?”
The guy is having a sucky year in the points on the FLW Tour. Now this. He’s not sure he’s gonna get his truck back in time to go to the next event in Wisconsin. And insurance won’t cover his wrap.
He had 2 high school anglers out on a guide trip when this chit happened.
He hopes this starts a serious discussion among local officials about surveillance at boat ramps. He said Guntersville is a tourist town and stuff like this could impact that.
I think he’s right.

Spot on. I think he's a Good Fisherman but he sure does have a lot of run ins with a lot of people.

Maybe he doesn't realize that being liked is very propitious to being a guide. IDK, but it seems like it would only be second to ability to catch fish by a small margin.

That part is learnable/teachable. The other part, I'm not so sure. I don't know the guy and as far as I know I've never even met him, but from what I'm hearing I probably won't be fishing with him either. Anthony, you've got a seat in my boat any time you want it even if neither of us can catch a fish. That is, after I get over this Chinavirus crap.
