I talked to Salzy a few minutes ago.
His words were “I’m not here to be liked by everyone. Like me or not, just leave me alone. Why are you hurting me?”
The guy is having a sucky year in the points on the FLW Tour. Now this. He’s not sure he’s gonna get his truck back in time to go to the next event in Wisconsin. And insurance won’t cover his wrap.
He had 2 high school anglers out on a guide trip when this chit happened.
He hopes this starts a serious discussion among local officials about surveillance at boat ramps. He said Guntersville is a tourist town and stuff like this could impact that.
I think he’s right.
