Not if a deal was already negotiated while she was in another country. She's been hiding here and in other countries in plain sight and the FBI,( the best investigators in the world ) is just now tracking her down, I don't buy it. Off topic and not trying to start an argument but I do take a bit of exception with the statement that the FBI are the best investigators in the world. That may be true if you look at them collectively because they are all smart and have the most resources but individually the best detectives are seasoned and found in city PDs with high violent crime rates. These guys may or may not have college degrees but they have street smarts and intelligence that can’t be taught in school. This is where the Feds miss the boat with their age (under 37) and their education requirements. Just my opinion, carry on please.

Normallly I'm all in on the Whild Bill pro-tips but in this case he's flat out wrong. Putin would have already found her, raped her on national Russian television for all to see, then sliced her throat after he got done and wouldnt have blinked while doing it. What she's got to say has nothing to do with him or Russia, if it did, she would've been dead months if not years ago. There are people in power all over this world that are not in any way, bound by the same legalities that we face here in the US.

J Edgar Hoover created the illusion of the brave, fearless, perfect G-Men defending America and bringing justice to evildoers thanks to his propaganda in the news and Hollywood media, illegal spying, blackmail, extortion and dictatorial control of the agency including over presidents and Congress. The U.S. bought into it because that's what they were supposed to do: see the bright, clean, intelligent white men protecting America as the best! Hoover greatly understood how propaganda worked and used it to his benefit.
