Go home. Work hard. Make and drink wine. Tell them to jump in the lake and make you as comfortable as they can. Tell them you are in great pain and need comfort. That way, when you sprain your back, you won't need to go sit in their office for however long those inconsiderate bass fishermen (new rules) feel like ignoring you to get pain killers (maybe) and muscle relaxers. Run half the steps you take. Walk up steep hills.
If you feel you need treatment, go give blood and then get an infusion. Rinse, repeat.

To hell with the physician. Find some halfway decent red or pink wine from italy and drink at least a couple small glasses a day. No more than 6.
Get some eggplant, cube it up, throw it in a container soaked in any vinegar (apple cider preferably), make sure to leave the skin on it and then rub it on whatever feels weird.
Get up off your ass and work physically. Leave all that poison crap behind.

All the folks I have known to go to MD Anderson has done well. A doc I work with has his wife going there for colon cancer that spread to her liver, if that tells you anything. It was his first choice
Only accurate rifles are interesting.
