Go home. Work hard. Make and drink wine. Tell them to jump in the lake and make you as comfortable as they can. Tell them you are in great pain and need comfort. That way, when you sprain your back, you won't need to go sit in their office for however long those inconsiderate bass fishermen (new rules) feel like ignoring you to get pain killers (maybe) and muscle relaxers. Run half the steps you take. Walk up steep hills.

If you feel you need treatment, go give blood and then get an infusion. Rinse, repeat.
