But my biggest thought and question on this subject is why they wont allow us more effective ways to control the yote population, than what we have now?

what kind of dogs are going to be used???
any Belgian Malinous??? very smart, great noses, and they look like yotes....
Our EOD team, in Iraq, had a Belgian Malinous. Smartest dog I ever seen. You could trust him with your life ... and we did, several times.
