So this guy lives here, he sets up at folks drive way, hides between county dump trucks at the fire dept, and hides behind voting houses. He’s a sneaky sob, and a sob is what he is. He also the type person where if you call him out on say FB, he will hunt you’re ass down and find some thing wrong and stick your ass with tickets. Folks done tried it. Phuck that sorry sob and other cops like him. They give good cops bad names. I get doing your job, but don’t sneak around and write your neighbors tickets and go home and beat off about it.

I can't remember for sure but I don't believe he can legally set up on private property. Be sure to look closely and see whether or not he is on public ROW and if he isn't you may be able to cause him a little grief.

Get the F out of the BATFE. The F is guaranteed by the US Constitution. Those other letters are not.

If he is posting that kind of stuff on FB then report him to ALEA.
As far as setting up in folks drive ways. Some folks request them to set up in their driveways cause they are tired of folks speeding and being reckless in front of their houses. I let the local PD here set up in my driveway whenever they want to cause I got tired of my mailbox being run over.

There's one in Alabaster that is a total ass hat. He was speeding down Hwy 119 through the heart of Alabaster one day, dodging in and out of traffic, tailgating, speeding. He cut off some one changing lanes so he could get around the law abiding driver in front of him, then he cuts back over and uses his lite bar in a fashion to tell the driver he should have changed lanes and gtf out of his way. i thought he must be on a call just with no lights on. Pull up at the next light and he is stopped, light turns green he jack rabbits exhibiting same behavior. I sort of follow him and he continues this until he turns in a subdivision, I turn in and follow, This jack wagon pulls up and backs in a drive way and parks. I assume he was on his way home or to get a hot piece. He knew his wreck less driving would not be challenged, he had no regard for anyone's saftey.

Get his car number and file a complaint.

I wrote thousand's of traffic citation's in the 15 years i was over the traffic division. i can tell you now that my division would stand by the road with a handheld radar unit, now that is not hiding but you did not know who we were until we stopped you. If he is getting on any social media page, then that is unprofessional at the best. i can also tell you that the average officer working traffic will write maybe half of the people they stop. Attitude of the driver during the stop can be the difference between a warning, and a traffic citation. Morale of the story don't break the law, and you will not get stopped. Sorry if this hurts a feeling or two, but if citation's were down in the city i worked in, then accidents were up. Also call the troop he works at, and talk to the commander, problem solved.

I wish he’d come sit in my driveway and write tickets.

BLM would be happy to have you at the nearest police protest today, they’ll even supply the sharpies and poster board.

Honest question. Why is it wrong for any cop to run radar from a hidden position? Speeding is speeding, whether the cop is sitting in the open or in the bushes.

Because he can sit in plain view and write all he wants.

Correct me if I’m wrong D-Dub. But the point probably is just like where I live.. they sit and hide on county roads and write piddly little speeding tickets to people who live there, spend their money
there, and try to take care of their neighbors instead of harass them. When they could be sitting under the caution light in the middle of town catching diesel trucks and out of towners driving Mach

52 in a 45 is pure bullchit. And for y’all ignorant ones that can’t read, I said hides at fire depot and voting house. Never said in this picture. This picture is on private property, where he doesn’t have permission to be, and no I’m not a BLM person. And for the “don’t speed” crew... I agree, don’t run 75 in a 45, but 52 in a 45 on a old country road is bullchit. Y’all think what you want and I will do the same, maybe go back and read the OP more slowly so y’all can understand it better.
