I recently bought a kobalt 40v string trimmer at Lowe's. Only used it once so far but it worked much better than I was expecting. Think it weighs 7 lbs, its pretty light. I bought it because I've been so impressed with the kobalt 40v pole saw I bought about a year ago. Battery life is very good and now I have 2 batterys
