One thing that they should do is get rid of the electrical college and go popular vote.
Idot if no electoral vote is allowed then the people of New York and Cailfornia decide EVERYTHING. I don't think they have an electrical college. John Merrill said that the absentee ballots was where the fraud in Bama has been.
