Yep. Ole Roddy, according to his lawyer, is a 5'6" weakling mechanic with only a high school education from a pitiful school district that's dumb as a rock. But lives in a nice neighborhood and had sense enough to video a shooting that costed one man his life and two others a life that will never be the same again.

Worked out well for them because the perps were not stupid enough to charge the ones holding the weapons and try to take them from them. They stood there, exactly as they were told to do, until the popo arrived. Had ol' Ahmaud done the same, he'd still be alive today. You cant fix stupid.

They were also on camera by a news crew who was at the house that had been robbed doing a news story on it when the dumbazzes came riding back by. The homeowners recognized them and they and the camera crew followed with it all on video.
I don't think the ones in this case would have been so aggressive if they knew they were on video.

It dawned on me that he really is a dumbass and only doing what he has seen other lawyers do on TV. While it is probably best that his client keep his mouth shut, Mr Lawyer doesn’t know the reason for this or he wouldn’t have consented for his client to appear on TV, but the allure of his 15 minutes was too much to turn down.
