The bottom line and then I'm out is that, even if the guy is a thief and there is evidence of it (maybe so, maybe not) There is no legal right to kill someone after you attack him with deadly force and he tries to leave. Thief or not, they are in trouble for killing him. The racial difference just makes it tougher on the two.
I did not see where the man with the gun attacked the guy that got shot? Terrible situation for all.
It looked like to me the father and son blocked the road, was armed and told him to stop. Wrong thing to do on their part. The guy that got shot decided to confront one and ended up shot and dead. Wrong thing to do on his part. Definitely a terrible situation on all.
