this was straight murder. nothing involuntary about it. when they saw him they knew damn good and well they were going to kill him. hell if anything its premeditated. they had a plan in place and that comes into play when the ol'boy was ridding in the bed of the truck
You lost all credibility when you said this. Do you really believe this was premeditated and they set out with the goal of killing him? What they did was idiotic and they destroyed 3 lives in the process but come on man, at least say something credible.
