Like I said any other charge they walk. Hd was the aggressor and tried to take the gun away. If you was scuba diving with people and the person with you had a tank that was going empty and they tried out of deperation to take your mask away from you would you let them take it. Hell no you wouldn't you would fight it away from them same as with this gun if he would've gotten it away from the son he would be dead. Now if he would have just shot him without the fight over the weapon that's murder you don't get that
