Hmmm. And it is published that the cop/DA Investigator knew him from a previous investigation and family history as stated in numerous news articles. What is the chance that his HOA sent that video around to the homeowners in hopes they could identify him and the investigator recognized him and knew who he was from dealing with him previously on another criminal case (also documented that the investigator was on his shoplifting case in 2018). Then, a couple weeks later he's working on his truck sees him running down the street in his neighborhood and decides to try to hold him until the cops arrive.................. At that point would it be probable cause if he could prove that he was aware of the second video at the time all this happened?
