Yep, footage showed him in a house under construction. If anything, it would be a misdemeanor.

When confronted by the father-son he was not doing anything illegal that would warrant their actions. Walking down a road isn't illegal.

Agreed that they should pay the price for what they did. That much is clear cut to me. The issue for me is the kneejerk response claiming racism as well as the racial double standard. No question about it. Those two will go down for this, and rightly so. Should have happened immediately after the killing. Now we get to go through another round of race wars because it didn't. Someone in the Georgia legal system should go down for the lack of arrests in this case.

I can’t think of many situations where I would block the street with my truck, armed. The only one would be if they had my kid or had just killed one of my family. Other than that, back off and call the cops with a description. Put the shoe on the other foot for a second. If somebody tries to block YOU from leaving and they are armed, how would you respond? I think I know how I would. I’m coming out of there, no matter what.
