Damn Wiley, he was jogging when they started following him. I usually agree with you, but these bastards need to burn. I was because he was a black guy in an upscale community. Until asshats like these are gone we will continue to have race problems. It would have been different if he had pants revealing his ass and a hoody on, but we know joggers can't jog like that. They were as wrong as wrong could be. I for one hope they pay the ultimate price.
I'm not necessarily disagreeing but want to know what happened before the video started. Do you know what happened other than that video? Are you not curious about that part of it?
I'm no lawyer but how does what happened before matter? They were armed and in a vehicle, he was unarmed and on foot. The only way they could have needed to defend themselves was if they put them selves into the situation. If he was breaking into houses you call the cops. Folllow him and tell them where he is sure, stop him in the street and shoot him..no. remember everyone's innocent until proven guilty.
I agree with you that what we know about what might have happened before this killing does not justify what these two men did. However, I don't think you can just blanket say that what happened before does not matter. It's like the videos you see of the father jumping on someone in court that has raped or killed his daughter. You only see the guy attacking someone just sitting there and say well, why would what happened before even matter? Not trying to compare the two just illustrating that context CAN matter. In this particular case, I don't think it does.
