I didn't miss a damn thing. I want to see ALL the evidence. None of us know if the guy was armed a few minutes earlier and ditched a weapon unbeknownst to the shooters. WTF is wrong with wanting ALL the evidence laid out. Are you that phucking stupid?
I think the uproar is that these guys were not arrested until this video was released to the public. You don't arrest people on grounds that they are guilty. You arrest people on grounds that based on evidence they are possibly guilty and the burden is on the prosecutor to prove that. I think any reasonable person can see this video and come to the conclusion that warrants an arrest. Guilty is another question all together.
Wasn't the delay due to the da recusing himself because he had worked with one of the shooters and also had several interactions with the deceased and alot of his family due to him and his family being criminals?
Only "Criminal History" found on Arbery. The Brunswick News has reported Arbery was indicted for allegedly bringing a gun to a 2013 high school basketball game when he was 19. Family attorney Lee Merritt has acknowledged Arbery's 2018 arrest on shoplifting charges.
