The two men in jail right now did not see the victim doing anything. They did not catch him "in the act" and he was not doing anything to them personally. They were under zero threat from him. They also were not under any color of enforcement to be able to "stop him" even with the Gomer Pyle "citizens arrest!" bullchit.

They got in a vehicle and chased down a black man jogging in a white neighborhood, confronted him with guns and killed him on the street when he tried to defend himself.

Then they claimed "self defense" along with coming up with this "string of crimes" bullchit the local PD says is not true, and their friends in the DA's office went along with them until the video came out.


This isn't going to your property to confront someone who is still there trespassing. That's different and y'all know it.

For the record, how do you know this? I just want to see ALL the facts. It does look like a street killing from what is out in public at this point but there has to be more even if it's more incriminating.

Damn Wiley, he was jogging when they started following him. I usually agree with you, but these bastards need to burn. I was because he was a black guy in an upscale community. Until asshats like these are gone we will continue to have race problems. It would have been different if he had pants revealing his ass and a hoody on, but we know joggers can't jog like that. I'm no lawyer but how does what happened before matter? They were armed and in a vehicle, he was unarmed and on foot. The only way they could have needed to defend themselves was if they put them selves into the situation. If he was breaking into houses you call the cops. Folllow him and tell them where he is sure, stop him in the street and shoot him..no. remember everyone's innocent until proven guilty.

I didn't miss a damn thing. I want to see ALL the evidence. None of us know if the guy was armed a few minutes earlier and ditched a weapon unbeknownst to the shooters. WTF is wrong with wanting ALL the evidence laid out. Are you that phucking stupid?

Abbhudsmon, I too would like to know all the facts before convicting anyone. But if there was an armed person running down the street that I live on and my family lives on, I would certainly arm myself and probably confront him as to what his intentions were. Now that doesn't give me or anyone else the right to gun down someone. But as said before all the facts need to be known.

I think the uproar is that these guys were not arrested until this video was released to the public. You don't arrest people on grounds that they are guilty. You arrest people on grounds that based on evidence they are possibly guilty and the burden is on the prosecutor to prove that. I think any reasonable person can see this video and come to the conclusion that warrants an arrest. Guilty is another question all together.

Murder is wrong killing is not. That 22 second vid is the media narrative.
