Although I think racism is deplorable and the video looks like clear murder. This is still America and your are still innocent until proven guilty. I just find it fishy that someone just happened to decide to video a young man jogging down the road.

nobody here actually knows other than the video, those white guys may be part of the kkk and that black guy may have been a 4.0 harvard student thats they way its being portrayed anyway, and then again what went on minutes before the shooting and could he have been helping himself to someones elses stuff and those guys were sick of crap like that going on in the neighborhood they live in?

I want to know more about who and why the video was being shot from a cell phone of him just out for a jog, could they be after him filming something to give to the police showing what he was doing in that neighborhood

I'm pretty sure them guys would have done the same thing to a white thief jogging from the scene of the crime. Nobody shoots black folks just for being in their neighborhood. That being said you can get killed for being the wrong color in the wrong neighborhood, but it ain't whitey doing the shooting.

Sounds like nothing that would justify the death penalty for the victim. I don't care what his past was......or if he was seen breaking into a house........being confronted and gunned down in the street by a shotgun to the stomach to die was not justifiable.

You get a Game camera text that shows a trespasser on your land. You take off with your gun to confront them at the gate. Now, when dude walks up he charges at you grabs your gun. He is trying to wrestle it away from you, possibly shoot YOU with it. What do you do?

Apples and oranges. They chased this guy down the street in their truck, did not confront him on their property and were in no danger until they precipitated the event.

I would be in defensive mode if 2 nice size guys chase me down in a pickup yelling with a loaded 12 guage and 357 revolver it was a disaster from the start plus there was another car chasing the guy too.

I will withhold my opinion until more evidence is shown. Lots of videos might look incriminating if you only look at 20 seconds.of footage, with none of the events leading up to that time.

Sad truth is, regardless of how this one turns out, is that some people have been trained to jump to the conclusion that whites are evil and persecute and kill blacks because of their skin color. It has been drilled into their heads so completely that they cannot imagine anything else. They never ever get upset when a black persecutes or kills a white. Some even believe it is justified simply because they've been trained that whites are so evil (yes, I know one that said that about OJs victims). I ask those people why do you not jump to the same conclusion that it was all about race when a white is killed by a black? Really think about that question and answer it honestly, not with a pre-programmed kneejerk answer. And then tell us how are we ever going to make progress against racism if we MUST all agree that whites are evil or else face public condemnation for not doing so?
