All over the news here. Protesters on the streets in Atlanta. Should be looked into for sure.
True, but I can't think of an instance that makes it OK or self defense. The prosecution blew this and now they had better get a Grand Jury seated tomorrow. That is the only way this can be mitigated hopefully. Failure to do so will just bring on more protest that from the outside looking in certainly seem justifiable.
The only self defense would have been if the jogger had produced a gun and killed the two idiots with guns who chased him down in their truck.
I wonder if it would have taken two months to bring charges against him if this had happened. I doubt it...
