Got pic of 2 strutters in a field Fromm 1-648 yesterday afternoon. Hard to get in here without getting busted during daylight so I snuck in early this morning. I’m sure they’ll do something different today but I had to give it a try.

Well there's a first. Had one gobble a couple of times and was slipping towards him. Slipped right into a sounder of 12-15 pigs. Damn things running every where raising hell. One stopped about 10 yards in front of me so I gave him a load of 9s. Had to give them a few minutes to get on off. I'll go back and get the pig later. Gonna see if I can get on this bird again. Damnit.

I might as well head back to the truck. Got a pack of coyotes been running something in the clear cut behind me for about 10 minutes now. Probably on my shot up pig. Turkey's just ain't happening this morning.
